We’ve developed a brand new service to replace the existing Easy Connect/VPN. We believe the new service will be more reliable and efficient.
We’ll start testing the new service this week, this will generate disconnection and short outages.

This is terrible. I only have 15 out of 74 contacts connected. I usually have at least 35 to 40 at this time of the day. Please put back the old system.

We’ll keep on testing for a couple of days but if the new version does not improve we’ll get back to the old one.
How long is this on and off going to go on? It is constant and very annoying. I appreciate your post letting us know about the upgrade but server status is green but the service is really not working correctly. If we had a timeframe for how long this testing would be going on it might help your customers understand the problems.
